Rooftop Ramen: Daewoo Delight

In the words of Sublime “April 26th, 1992 - There was a riot on the streets - Tell me, where were you?”
Well, I can tell you where the Korean American store owners were. On the rooftops, armed with cigarettes and Daewoo’s, working together to protect all they had worked so hard for. They are an example of being your own first responder. Neighbors and family joined together to save their community from indiscriminant destruction. While we pay tribute the OG’s who held it down. We all aspire to have the spirit of the “Rooftop Korean”. They set an example for all of us to follow. No matter your race, we should all conduct ourselves in the same manner. This slap is a reminder of their greatness. And that everyone loves ramen.
